Here are some of our most common support questions we receive in our support call center.
  Q:I have black lines that stay in the same place when I copy using the document feeder. How can I get them to go away?
A: You may have a dirty slit glass that needs to be wiped clean.  The slit glass is a 1 inch wide glass located on the left side of the machine once you lift the document feeder. 

Q: Constant Jamming, What can I do?
A: Each paper cassette has a dial to designate paper size that is loaded in each drawer.  Please check that the correct size corresponds to the dial indicator.

Q: Why is the Image missing at top or bottom?
A: Check that the side paper guides are locked in place at all corner of the paper cassette.

Q: What does the "Prepare New Toner" indicator mean?
A: When the machine indicates "Prepare New Toner Cartridge", replacement is not quite necessary at this time. This is a reminder to acquire a new toner cartridge for future replacement.  When the "Add Toner " is indicated, then it is time to refill the machine.
